MrgWorksite Account Deletion Request
Thank you for using M.R.G Worksite (MrgWorksite). If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below. This process helps ensure compliance with data protection regulations and allows you to exercise your right to erasure.
To delete your account, please contact our support team with the following details:
Email us at Contact@groupemrg.fr with the subject line “MrgWorksite Account Deletion Request”.
- Your registered email address.
- Your full name (as it appears in the app).
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account (for example: “I confirm I want to permanently delete my MrgWorksite account”).
- Any additional details to verify your identity (for example, last login date or associated project names).
Our team will verify your request within 5–7 business days. Once confirmed, your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all app features, data, and history.
Upon account deletion, the following personal data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information (name, email, password, profile image, contact details, role, language preferences).
- Personal records, notes, and attachments.
- Messages, progress updates, and chat history.
- Uploaded files, photos, videos, and audio recordings.
- Attendance logs and location data.
- Project, site, material, and equipment assignments linked to your account.
- Any other user-generated content associated with your account.
In some cases, certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons:
- Anonymized usage data for app analytics and improvements (retained for up to 2 years, as per our privacy policy).
- Invoice and financial records (retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws).
- Data required for dispute resolution or legal claims (retained as necessary).
Retained data will not be linked to your personal identity and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
